Interim Generalist Recruiter £250 - £300 p/d
My client is looking for a Generalist recruiter for a 3-month period. They have recently gone through a big change programme within the business and have a number of outstanding roles to be sourced and filled.
This is both a delivery-focused and consultative role. The reason for the role arising is because vacancy volumes are expected to increase so, whilst you will be expected to be able to advise the hiring manager population on the market and offer process improvement suggestions, you will predominately be responsible for hands-on recruitment.
Requirements:
- In-house recruitment experience
- Must be able to drive meaningful relationships with stakeholders
- Team player with a positive, motivated outlook
- Ability to build relationships with the business, challenge and push back where necessary
- Must be passionate and genuinely excited about recruitment
The Recruiter will be responsible for supplier management and direct delivery in to the client. They will be managing a high volume of permanent roles; all experienced hires on high ranging salaries.
