SAP Hybris Training Consultant x 3 - SAP Hybris training or ERP systems training experience required
PSD are looking for several experienced SAP Hybris Training Consultants, to work on the training component of the phase 2 delivery of our retail client's SAP Hybris solution into various European locations and Russia.
The role is responsible for delivering end user training for Hybris implementation project in Europe/Russia, and preparing and updating content and materials.
Key activities
- Deliver Hybris Backoffice end user training to the various business areas
- Develop and maintain training content and materials to support role based training
- Prepare and maintain the training environment to support hands-on training
- Evaluate training and follow a continuous improvement cycle
- Conduct Train the Trainer sessions to internal staff
Essential experience
- Highly experienced professional training consultant with a proven track record in learning and delivering new systems, especially major ERP type systems
- Fluent written and oral communication in English, additional European languages a plus
- Flexible and able to perform under pressure within time constraints
- Team player
- Positive can do attitude, able to identify and overcome challenges
Desirable experience
- SAP Hybris knowledge/training experience
