Description
Supply Chain Project Coordinator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree within the business or technical area or comparable field as well as several years of experience with Supply Chain Management
- Profound knowledge of project management methodology, Tableau skills optional
- Experience with managing or supporting Cut-Over Projects as well as understanding of dependencies between manufacturing, supply chain and countries
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills and the ability to work autonomously and with a high level of flexibility
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Updating the Global Tracker including Marketing Authorization Submissions/Approval, Distribution Switches Completion, Graphs and KPI's maintenance
- Preparing cut-over plan milestones, change request and lead internal alignment meeting for evaluation and communicating decisions of change requests to stakeholders according to RACI matrix
- Validating SKU's against Notification of Introduction, tracker tool, assortment list of the countries and ensuring that assortments for each country are up to date
- Executing a pro-active follow-up with the countries to be switched in the future to ensure implementation according to plan and maintaining the COP Change Control Process and Change Request Form
- Providing assistance to Life Cycle Implementation Experts, Project Managers and Brand Leads as well as reporting project status to the work-stream lead
