Operational Excellence (OE) / Delivery Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Implement OE into the line organisation
- Manage OE initiatives (plan and coordinate all activities)
- Plan and monitor progress and track benefits
- Engage with business leaders and maintain a continuous improvement mindset
- Diagnostic activities to identify areas of improvements and shape solutions with the business
- Manage trainings on OE principles and tools (various levels)
- Coach and advice colleagues on OE methods and approaches
- On-the-job coaching to support the development of team members (feedback)
- Support line managers in performing self-assessment and in driving improvements
- Develop further OE concepts, monitor OE standards inside and outside the OE team and support OE events and communication
Your qualifications
- English speaking
- Solid hands-on experience in OE / Lean with track record of delivered improvements
- Six Sigma Black Belt experience / LCS 1B Certificate or equivalent
- Successfully steered OE / Lean programs
- Excellent coach and used to develop people on-the-job
- Strong in stakeholder management
- Flexibility to travel
