Our client is an FCA regulated brokerage firm providing retail and institutional clients with access to exclusive investment opportunities in the financial markets. Due to current expansion and growth of the business they have moved into new premises and are looking to recruit a new team of experienced, or entry level, consultants to be based in their office. We are happy to hear from experienced investment consultants or those looking to begin a career in this sector.
Working on a variety of capital raising projects, our client provides investors with a diverse range of opportunities in the stock markets. Focusing on private equity and IPO projects for their clients, this is a dynamic fast-paced environment where you will be working to strict deadlines and high targets in order to maximise the right timing for returns for investors.
You will:
- Be making over 200 sales calls every day
- Be talking to financially experienced or new to the market individual investors
- Be trained to open and close very large accounts with these investors
- Be earning uncapped sales commissions and bonus incentives based on performance
- Be trained to reach a senior level at the company within a 6-month timeframe
- Have the potential as a senior to be earning £5,000+ a month
- Have the opportunity to undertake CISI exams as part of your development
You will be paid a standard salary during your induction period based on your experience plus high uncapped sales commissions designed to reward those sales people that are willing to put in hard work. Promotion opportunities will be available as early as month three along with an increase in commission structure. Make no mistake, some consultants in the company earn £25,000 in their first year, some earn over £100,000, the difference being that if you are someone who understands high rewards come from hard work then you will be in control of your own uncapped earnings.
If successful, you will be part of an established trading team of junior and senior level investment consultants. You will also receive the benefit of intensive and on-going training in order to develop your skills and progress through the company.
