Description
Service Delivery Manager / Office365 - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced SDM to join a global financial services organisation. The role will be to support the build up and implementation operations for the Office365 cloud platform.Your experience/skills:
- Previous large scale Office365 project experience
- Practical experience in running IT operations in larger enterprises accompanied by the ability to manage virtual and geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders
- Competent handling of IT Service Management tools and how they integrate into SDM requirements
- Can deal with external vendor support organisations
- Work experience in agile delivery models and extensive know how of helpdesk and operations procedures
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing and implementing of Office365 operations and process in line with business requirements
- Supporting enablement of Office365 workloads
- Managing and supervising of Office365 operations as well as providing operations view and expertise to Office365 engineering teams
- Leading Office365 Core Platform operations with vendors and stakeholders
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure consistency of approach and organisational strategy alignment
