Your tasks:
- Work with IT and business stakeholders within and outside of the dbAccessGate Project together
- Plan and implement communication strategies for different stakeholders of the project
- Coordinate with Engineering team and stakeholders for rollout of new functionalities for central access management solution
- Ensure transition of new functionalities and new processes for Onboarding application on central access management solution
- Work with project manager on escalation management
Your qualifications
- Profound change management experience within global team/organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally knowledge about IDM processes and infrastructure
- Strong Project Management and Programme Management skills
- Change Management experience and strong communication and negotiation skills
- ITIL V3 and PMI certification would be an added advantage
- Self-motivation, team player mentality and ability to establish a good communication process and relationship with stakeholders
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to bring topics to the point
