IFS Technical Consultants required for a project in Norway, however remote work possible.

Detailed Job Description & Location

  • Strong knowledge of IFS Applications' Layered Application Architecture (LAA) and technology including the database, file structures etc.
  • Knowledge of the following modules to the extent of data models and integration technologies used to extract data out of IFS applications is necessary
  • IFS Financials
  • IFS Human Resources
  • IFS Engineering
  • IFS Projects
  • IFS Manufacturing
  • IFS Supply Chain
  • IFS Sales & Service
  • IFS Maintenance
  • IFS Business Enablers
  • Strong experience in extracting and translating data from IFS to meet the requirements of Client Smart Templates
  • Ability to understand and adapt to the dynamic project requirements and needs and modify the extraction and/or transformation logic quickly
  • Ability to provide reporting from IFS, of the data to be extracted so it can be used in conjunction with Oracle Reports for validating data conversion
  • Ability to work global time zones if needed
  • Strong communication skills in English are a must, ability to converse in Norwegian is a plus
  • Ability to work with offsite team and onsite/nearshore business team is critical
