IXP, Internet Exchange Point, Internet Peering, IXP Regulation
A Global Consulting business within the telecoms sector has a requirement for an IXP specialist to assist with a new project win in the Middle East. The project scope is to develop the Regulatory Framework and Licenses for Internet Exchange Points in the region.
We are looking for an IXP expert, with the following:

Senior level experience within the IXP domain.

Previous examples around the setup of one or more IXP's.

Experience in Internet Exchange regulations, having liaised with telecoms regulators around the topic.

Proven background in negotiation and application of Internet Peering or transit agreements between telecoms operators/Internet providers.
The candidate must be based in the Middle East region (Saudi Arabia/United Arab Emirates) for the majority of the project, but some remote working can be considered.
