My client, one of the leading Telecoms operators in Belgium, is currently looking for a Senior Business Project Manager working within a major transformation programme.
This project is about residential sales and care all channels and services for B2C.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure a number of deliverable are done.
- Business Acceptance planning for 3 major releases.
- Ensure operational and channel readiness for all 3 releases is done.
- Make sure all the communications towards all channel is done.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in Project Management, ideally in a Telecoms environment.
- Experience with change management in operational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management .
- Experience in the contact center or retail domain is highly beneficial.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Experience in working in the Telecom industry.
