Relationship Manager - Client Migration
A leading Financial Services company in Bristol are looking for a Relationship Manager to be part of an online migration project. You would be travelling between clients in Bristol and Gloucester to ensure they are happy with the migration so far.
This is a contract role, initially until the end of May and a daily rate between £200-£250.
Key Accountabilities;
- Pro-active face to face and remote engagement with Clients regarding changes
- Supporting clients and providing guidance at the relevant points throughout their migration journey.
- Offer feedback to and share best practice with team members as required so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the project
- Stakeholder Management - providing detailed, timely and up to date information as required both internally and externally
Required Experience;
- Relationship Management with Financial Services experience
- Online or digital projects
- Migration or Transformation projects
