Mexico office Quality Manager (QM): responsible for managing local team, defining general objectives, monitoring execution, evaluating Performance, fulfilling continuous improvement.
Required Qualification or experience
1. With at least 5-year of experience in telecommunication industry.
2. With knowledge of quality management/control & EHS (Environment, Health, Safety), and with Quality 6Sigma or EHS OSHAS certification is better.
3. With good skill of communicating with customer.
4. Good team work and able to use English as working language
5. Able to undertake heavy work pressure and accept Huawei company culture
6. Able to work in different regions of Mexico if necessary
7. With healthy condition
