VPS Wholesale Requirements Writers
Required Knowlege:
- Wholesale ASR/LSR Knowledge with an Ordering background in the Access, Local and VzB space.
- User Story writing for IT, Service order experience, understanding of the end to end flow of a wholesale order.
- Understanding of the customer experience in wholesale.
- Detailed experience working with IT on system level requirements.
Job Duties:
- Work with the businees, PLM and IT to define new products and enhancements to existing products and processes.
- You will drive the agile process, write user stories with acceptance criteria and validate through to production.
Must have skills
- Expertise in the following: Word, PPT, Excel, Google Docs. Systems: Accord, Portfolio, xRM, Porvisioning and Billing.
