Marketing Specialist
Contract: Initial 9 months
Rate: £150 per day
Location: City of London/Field based
Our Customer are a Global IT Cloud Organisation who are currently looking a Marketing Specialist to join the team. We are looking for a proactive candidate someone who can get on the duty in hand and deliver results.

- Deliver great experience for (prospective) customers driving innovative marketing activities
- Work in a dynamic, agile marketing organization as a part of a multifunctional execution Engine team supporting pipeline growth in the EMEA region
- Perform all necessary tasks to prepare and launch a campaign, including, yet not limited to producing and deploying emails, writing basic copy, and support to localizing assets, completing and submitting forms and intake documents, and launching simple multi-touch programs
- Work closely with agencies, including briefings and end-to-end launch coordination
- Communicate with internal resources to receive assets and input necessary for execution
- Work with the team on sourcing, securing and coordinating internal and external speakers
- Drive field activities associated with organizing, promoting, and (on-site) executing seminars, meet-ups, trade shows and other events
- Keep internal stakeholders updated on planned and executed activities, including managing inputs in internal systems
- Work closely with sales and pan-EMEA marketing to ensure that integrated marketing activity planning and execution is delivered, aligned with Sales objectives and the go-to-market strategy
- Make sure that leads from marketing activities are being handled by Global Sales Demand Center and followed up on in a timely manner,
- Work with marketing operations to measure, evaluate, and improve every marketing activity
- Help to drive marketing execution to partners across channels and region
- Support to the local website and in-country social media program
- Maintain line of sight into all marketing activities executed; serve as the key go-to' person for reporting on marketing effectiveness for all marketing-driven activities.
- Ensure feedback from sales to deliver close alignment between regional marketing investment and sales requirements.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or other related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in tech
- Agile mind-set and eagerness to work on wide variety of tasks and projects
- Excellent written and verbal communicating skills
- Outstanding organizing aptitude, yet thrives working in a dynamic and high-pace environment
- Strong team player skill set, with a can-do and want-to-help attitude
- Ability and willingness to travel if needed (max. 25% time)
- Required: fluency in English/Desired: one of following languages - Dutch, German, French.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital platforms
