Support Specialist/Analyst/SQL/4Sight/Finance
My client, a Multinational bank based in Amsterdam has a fantastic long term contract opportunity available for a Support Specialist with knowledge about Front Office Markets applications (4Sight). You will be working in an agile environment with an international team. This job requires functional with some technical knowledge and as a Functional Analyst you will be responsible for solving technical issues in 4Sight.
Some of your daily tasks include:
- Implementation of software changes on a functional level
- Collecting requirements from the Business
- Translate requirements from the business into functional specs
- Communicate with technical specialists and vendors
- Supporting the core application
- Impact analysis on incidents
- Problem solving
Your Profile:
- Experience as a Functional Support Specialist
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with 4Sight (preferably)
- Experience dealing with the Business and vendors
- Working in an international environment
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Excellent communications skills
