IT Integration Manager (Global SAP Roll Out) - Singapore - 9 Months
bluewaveSELECT are seeking an experienced IT Integration Manager for an exciting project to implement a SAP Template in the Far East as part of a Global Roll Out.
As the role is in Singapore it is important that (i) you are eligible to work in Singapore without need for a Visa OR that you are able to provide your own EP for Singapore, and (ii) you are willing to spend extended periods of time away from home in Singapore (all expenses paid). There will be the opportunity to work remotely for periods across the project too.
The contract is initially for 9 months but there will definitely be scope to extend multiple times beyond this as the company have multiple phases planned running through to 2022.
The project will require you to engage in activities such as:
- Maintain the link to the centralised IT services
- Governance for general system design like AddOns, Notes, EHP, Business Functions and 3rd Party Solutions
- Drives IT readiness assessment in cooperation with other projects
- Owner of global RICEFW objects (developments)
- Supports effort estimations
- Supports Assessment and resolution of post go-live issues
- Prepares system landscape and ensures client readiness
- Cross team integration from a technical perspective, process and delivery alignment and integration between all teams
- Take over the responsibility for the preparation, planning, execution and monitoring of deployment project activities according to the road map and deployment methodology
- Preparation of decision papers for global and local template adaptations reflecting the mission to safeguard the process and system standards
- Ensures and supports the integrated (cross-module and process integration) solution delivery throughout all the phases according to the plans, strategies of the project
In order to be considered you should ensure you have experience across a large majority of the following:
- Outstanding experience as IT Integration Manager in a Pharmaceutical Environment
- HPQC, ITEMS and Solution Manager experience mandatory
- Must have deep SAP skills including configuration and process knowledge of Team and linked processes
- Perfect Understanding of V-Model
- Deep experience in validated documentation
- O2C/3PL Interface Configuration Skills
- EDI, IDOC configuration skills
- Profound Project Management, coordination and communication skills
- Profound experience in Stakeholder Management as a key focus - Coordination with external Development Factory
- Deep SAP knowledge and technology skills
- Process related knowledge sharing, training and guidance to local and global stakeholders
- Expertise in Project and People management, Communication & Change Management and Template Processes
- Experience in providing Global SAP Roll-out/Implementation Projects while working international project teams
- Knowledge in direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise
- Ability to drive meetings and onsite sessions, like trainings or testing with local resources
- Ability to construct documentation, in English, that needs to be formally published, like Desktop Procedures.
- strong English communication skills and service orientation
- Business knowledge, direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise
- Excellent User knowledge in Excel application
- Knowledge expert in guiding the customer in their transition to new SAP processes
