Description
We are looking for a SAP Training Lead for our Client in Singapore. This is for a S4 Hana implementation project and the contract offer is for a period of 15 Months.
- Able to handle training build across multiple processes (marketing, manufacturing, transport management, finance, maintenance, procurement, customer service)
- Excellent exp of SAP environment (preferaby Hana)
- Experience in and understanding of the functional area
- Experience working in large scale ERP implementations Experience in performing Learning Needs Analysis, Curriculum development and reviewing training materials
- Ability to understand and identify impacts to people, process and technology based on a shift from as-is to the future state
- Experience working in virtual teams
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work with people across all levels of the organisation
