Description
Customer Service Specialist wanted for our Freiburg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Further education in customer service or relevant working experience
- Several years of experience within a customer service
- Strong client focus and familiarity with order entry, ERP/CRM tools and all technology platforms that partners and customers interact with
- Know how in creating and modifying KPI content that is consistent with standards
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Entering and processing of customer orders in the system
- Reviewing of all terms and conditions including price according to existing customer protocol with close follow up to ensure timely delivery
- Providing service within agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA's) with various customers, both internal and externa
- Generating and analysing regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external customers
- Documenting policies and procedures based on expertise in specific job areas as well as customer protocols, best practices and workflow, including updating of internal work instructions and training materials
