Description
Immediate opening for an Interim Investment Operations Manager who has experience of working for a TPA or Asset Management business. You will take the lead in managing change and leading on improvement initiatives across the estate. You will also work closely with the risk and compliance department to define policies and highlight regulatory issues.
Key areas of responsibility are:
- Influencing and negotiating across the business, including both peers and exec team members
- Responsibility for managing all operational activity within the department
- Ensure all breaches, potential breaches or risk events will be managed and escalated
- Making process improvement recommendations
