NextLink is a Swiss IT consultancy company that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 years.
NextLink is currently looking for a Supply Chain Management Consultant: strong experience in the SAP ECC modules MM/SD/WM/SCM as well as integration (EDI/SEEBURGER), to work for a well-known pharma company in Sydney, Australia, for a 9 months contract.
Description:
Working with the Business to translate complex business requirements into solutions and procedures meeting current business, customer and technical requirements, while observing defined financial requirements.
Work directly with IT counterparts to align on mappings
Work with the IT internal EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) counterparts
If required customize or develop changes in the SAP ERP system
Acts as an touchpoint for the business
Well known in project management (IT project methodology) is a plus
In scope: functional and design consultancy, documentation of the solutions in HP ALM. If required, develop solutions in the ERP system.
Out of scope: EAI changes (will be done by the IT EAI counterparts)
Business satisfaction with the effectiveness of consulting across Supply Chain Management and with the perceived value improvement.
Management of consulting portfolio within Supply Chain Management to achieve planned value realization and manage stakeholder expectations.
Consulting and Design Team achieve defined requirements and metrics as defined within area of expertise and assigned domain
Provide documentation of Design, Solution and Technical Setup
Provide Unit System and Integration Test Documentation
Support the business in creating and processing UAT test cases
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, IT or numerate disciplines
6+ years' experience within Supply Chain Management including leading project teams and innovation/change initiatives.
Broad and strong experience in the SAP ECC modules MM/SD/WM/SCM as well as integration (EDI/SEEBURGER) points between other SAP modules. Detailed technical background is a plus.
Experience in Supply Chain Management application development
Proven ability to lead professional teams
Strong influencing and communication skills
Capable of working in an international environment with virtual teams
