Experiences in SAP-ECC: SD and Source/Procurement area
- Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate
- Determine which rRDM approaches would ensure complete understanding by downstream stakeholder
- Prepare and update traceability Matrix
- Business IT interface
- Assist and report on user acceptance testing
- Identify Metrics, build & track dashboards to measure process improvement
- Writes, manages, and clarifies story points and may develop use cases for complex requirements
- Outline future state process maps
- Document confirmed business processes
