Description
We are currently looking for a ETL, BI Data warehouse Tester. You should have worked on a large database or data ware-house project or solution, with some Visualization testing experience. You should be able to quickly understand the testing ask in the project and help bring better testing strategies to the project. You must have a good understanding of regression, functional, Acceptance Criteria testing, Integration, negative testing and data testing.
Agile experience and work on an international large project will be an added bonus. You should be able to work with the business and developers, to understand the user stories, and write the test plans on a daily basis so excellent verbal and communication skills is a must.
Heavy focus on data testing and validation of data flowing from source/staging/warehouse and to dashboarding, and to validate at each stage including testing against business logic. Experience with RDBMS or data warehousing, Big testing data solution & different technologies
Visualization tools - Qlik, Tableau.
Skills required: SQL, HP ALM, Excel, JIRA.
Desirable skills: Automation, TDD or BDD, Qlik, Talend, Redshift, Sales knowledge
