Description
Operations Manager required to join BAE Systems in Barrow-In-Furness. You will be required to generate the Manufacturing Engineering Articles that make up a Manufacturing Engineering Governance Framework.
Review, develop, implement and monitor appropriate processes associated with the role.
Establish effective engagement and communication strategies in order to ensure team, customer and stakeholder participation.
You should possess Significant Experience in the setting up and the running of a Manufacturing Engineering Governance Framework.
Extensive manufacturing experience.Recent Management level experience
Track record of delivering manufacturing projects to schedule and cost
You must be willing to go through SC security clearance background checks to perform this role as this is a nuclear site.
