My client, one of the leading Telecoms operators in Belgium, is currently looking for a freelance Functional Analyst to join the IT eDevelopment which is a subdepartment of IT Delivery. Its core activity is to develop and maintain different customer-facing communication channels.
At IT eDevelopment, the team focuses on the customer and search for a perfect balance between flexibility and professionalism, resulting in qualitative deliveries while respecting the deadline.
Responsibilities
Working in a team of functional analysts handling projects with impact within the 'online' domain. In parallel assisting one or more scrum teams in making sure the user stories in their backlogs are prepared to a level where they can be picked up for development. The systems within the online portfolio consist of mainly customer facing IT applications & apps.
Education and level of experience
*Customer facing solution & integration patterns
*Analysis for custom software development
*Use case analysis and story writing within an iterative model
*User story splitting
*Experience within the Telecom sector is a plus
*Technical background is a plus
*Master the Dutch and English language
*Agile mindset, SCRUM
