Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a talented Contract Senior Project Manager to join their client in Strasbourg.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school.
Professional experience:
Minimum 9 years of IT professional experience, of which minimum 6 years of experience with a project management methodology (e.g. Prince2).
Professional competencies
In order to fulfil the specific tasks and responsibilities, for this this profile is expected to possess proven competencies as the following:
- Deep knowledge in project management. An advantage is to be certified as project manager (e.g.: PRINCE2 Practitioner, etc.).
- Working experience as Project Manager, Programme Manager or Project Management Officer (PMO) within a structured project environment.
- Good knowledge of business continuity management processes (including the execution of business continuity exercises involving IT processes and operations);
- Very good understanding of the business continuity and IT disaster recovery techniques, processes and technologies;
- Good knowledge of IT and security operations, including incident management, stakeholder communication and escalation processes;
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Project, MS Excel and MS Visio.
- Ability to participate actively in meetings, good communicator, presentation skills.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory.
- Capability to provide recommendations on improving the structure and efficiency of an organisation's IT systems.
- Availability to work overtime or travel to other EU MS when needed.
- Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Run reports and handle special projects as assigned.
- Capability of working independently, as well as in teams.
- Client orientation.

The profile owner shall possess a high level of integrity and a Personnel Security Clearance for accessing EU Classified Information, at least for level EU Secret/Secret UE.
