ConSol Partners client is a technology company seeking an OSS/BSS Solutions Designer/Business Analyst.The OSS/BSS Solutions Designer/Business Analyst will be working on a contract basis which holds great potential to add value to your already strong skill set and experience.

Your main responsibilities
- Assist in defining the IT strategy and the related application roadmaps.
- Plan, arrange and control meetings, workshops and relations with business community, IT development teams and application supplier in order to gather requirements and to assess system impacts.
- Achieve consensus by reconciling business needs and technical limitations.
- Design effective business solutions by determining the required functional architecture and specifications regarding IT improvements and (new) developments and appropriate data management. Consolidates the full cost picture of a project and challenges cost/delivery where needed.
- Play a key role in defining the most appropriate and future proof data model for the various IT solutions being developed.
- Determine the data migration strategy and provide necessary supports to its execution.
- Support the different phases and intervening parties of the IT projects (development, scope & change management, ITT/UAT test phases, including Agile methodologies) and assist the process managers in defining the business processes around the solution to implement.
- Assist in the writing of RFI/RFP documents and enables a motivated and optimal vendor selection.
Your profile
- Effective experience as IT Business/Functional analyst in ICT environment.
- Strong analytical mind with good analysis and modelling skills.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead meetings, achieve compromises and explain your solutions to both business and technical audience.
- Ability to learn fast and acquire&maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and products involved in your projects.
- Ability to handle complexity and quickly adapt to new work methodogies and systems.
- Experience in Agile methodology is an advantage.
- Experience in Netcracker OSS suite integration within ICT environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of telecom/networking technologies is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
Must be an EU Citizen or have the right to work in Belgium
