A global services business is looking for a highly talented FP&A Global Process Lead to help standardise and improve global process standards for finance within their Shared Services.

The role provides the opportunity to work with director level stakeholders and be given a high level of autonomy during a defining period of transformation for the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive process consistency for FP&A workstream within the Shared Service. Supports the development of vision, strategy, policy and objectives for the global process.
  • Driving process improvement within the Shared Service for FP&A.
  • Take full accountability for the effective operation of the global process, ensuring the defined outcomes
  • Works closely and collaboratively with the BPO Partner, driving continuous improvement in process operation
  • Develops and implements process and process governance improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fully qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA or equivalent)
  • Ideally Six Sigma qualification.
  • Experience of process improvement in a Shared Service in a global business.
  • Strong experience and track record of working with third party outsource providers
  • Flexibility to travel.
