Description

Edinburgh: Relationship Manager- EA Change Groups' Commercial Banking Client require a motivated Relationship Manager to join a large and successful project team.

The successful candidate will be working within a programme of change which is involved in a large migration onto a new platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage specific client issues or queries through to resolution which may include seeing problems through to resolution by taking issue out to wider subject experts.
  • Support clients & colleagues as online channels SME's. including on site for remediation of complex issues
  • Take responsibility for the development and implementation of specific deliverables and ensuring these are achieved to time and quality
  • Facilitate first class client support enabling the client to make best use of the new Commercial online banking service.
  • Offer feedback to and share best practise with team members as required so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the business
  • Identify themes for remediation by IT or a service improvement either process or development through the CBO Roadmap

Team Working: Works co-operatively with others: openly exchanging information and supporting colleagues from around the organisation to achieve the business objectives.

Adapting to Change and Uncertainty: Improves personal effectiveness in response to changes at work by identifying new learning and self development opportunities that arise from the change and working towards them.
