I am working with a globally known client who require an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to help with ongoing projects throughout 2018.
Skills Required:
Responsibilities:
- Work on quarterly maintenance releases containing smaller improvements to the existing solutions
- Deliver on new projects in the area of the existing clouds:
- Service Cloud on topics such as lightning experience, knowledge base, live agent, the customer community and integrations with internal systems
- Sales Cloud on topics such as campaign management, Pardot and a contract management solution
- As part of the Salesforce team, follow up on issues reported by the end-users
Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple Salesforce implementations and prior staff positions in a Solution Architect role.
- Salesforce Certified Cloud Consultant with multiple Salesforce implementations in the Solution Architect role
- Experience creating and delivering workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex,
- Force, and Visualforce
- Possesses strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and configuration
- Capabilities, able to lead Salesforce.com solution design efforts
- Applications and experience in Contact Center implementations
- Supported Multi-Org environments with 5000+ users
- Experience with/in an Agile continuous integration/delivery model and certification in Agile methods
- Working experience with AngularJS or a similar framework
- Good understanding of the out-of-the-box Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features
- Knowing when to code and when to use point-and-click solutions
- Experience with GIT or a similar versioning system
- Communicative (both within the team and cross-departmental) and having a team attitude
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Good problem solving skills and analytical mindset
