We are looking for one of our customer a change Manager (Banking sector).

Context:
Since 2 years, the team in charge of BMC tried to change drastically its way to manage and implement the BMC products within the Bank.
After years of low-level customizations and accepting any new requests from their internal customers, they did a U-turn by limiting the customization but by promoting the features and existing parametrizations offered by out-of-the-box BMC products.
BMC is intended to be one of the main platforms to support IT and non-IT Projects.
Requirements:
In this context, the client is looking for a Change Manager/Communication Manager to help him to promote this new way of working and to ease the transition.
The candidate should have past experience in Process/organization changes which requires a real mind shift in the way to collaborate within a full organization.
S/He used to elaborate communication plan taking into account the different streams and level of audience.
Finally, s/he should be to spread the good words in front of a large audience people), as an evangelist/Key note speaker.
