My Client in Luxembourg (Banking Sector) are looking for a Commercial Contracts manager.
Context of Project
Following the growth in terms of scope/responsibility and complexity of the contracts Unit, the Head of Unit is responsible for 30+ contracts with different suppliers and related to different framework contracts. In parallel, the unit in charge of contracts administration is reviewing their way of working and they now require a contracts manager to help.
Job Requirements:
The head of Unit requires assistance to manage those contracts.
The candidate will be in charge of:
- Deep diving in all framework contracts to understand the scope, responsibilities, possibilities and constraints of each parties.
- Monitoring the specific contracts' budget and consumption
- Plan request process (new business, renewal) to ensure that the projects start on-time.
- Managing the ordering process by drafting the Terms of Reference
- Manage relationship with suppliers
- Previous Banking project experience would be ideal
The ideal candidate is rigorous, used to reading and understanding commercial contracts, with experience as an administrative PM/PMO/SDM and excellent English speaker..
