Description
Senior Functional Analyst for Rating and Billing to work in a BSS team for functional and technical analysts handling projects in the BSS Rating and Billing area.
Job description:
- Functional scope includes:
- Rating: Usage rating, Real Time rating, usage configuration for mobile, fixed telephony, iDTV, Internet
- Billing: Product configuration, discounts, promotions, VAT, billing behavior configuration
- Bill presentment: Bill preparation, bill presentment
- Post-billing: Online and offline payments, finance feeds, journaling and cash journaling, regulatory requirements, revenue share, electronic feeds, reporting
- Interfaces: 3rd party settlements, CRM, revenue share, order orchestration interface, self-care, architecture interface definition
- Other: Systems migration, archiving/partitioning, operational scheduling
- Cooperation with other teams to realize integration projects End-to-End:
- Online team: Customer facing web applications & apps
- BSS Sales and Customer Services team: Order intake, order management, quotation engine, workflow orchestration
- OSS team: Technical order management & provisioning
Required Expertise
- BSS business and functional knowledge in Rating and Billing Telecom. Knowledge on Kenan Amdocs billing system. Netcraker billing system, Doc1 is an added value
- Functional knowledge on Billing and Post-billing, including product configuration, usage modelling, interfaces definition, payments, revenue sharing, migrations
- Requirements definition, solution analysis and high level design specification
- Project life cycle, Agile methodologies, coordination & end to end support
- Technical background: Oracle, SQL, UML, BMPN, SOA, Enterprise architecture
