FAO Engagement Manager

One of our leading clients is looking for an experienced FAO Engagement Manager for a 6-12 month contract duration in Ghent, Belgium, offering attractive rates of pay. The ideal start date is 1st April 2018 but flexible for the right FAO Engagement Manager.

The FAO Engagement Manager should have experience in the following:

  • Working experience in General Accounting
  • Shared Service/Outsourcing/BPO experience
  • F&A Team Lead experience
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting or MBA in Finance

Nice to have:

  • Upper intermediate French
  • Working experience in Accounting AP, AR, PC, FP&A
  • Working experience in Accounting
  • Finance Department Lead experience
  • Hands on with Reporting functions, P&L, Balance Sheet Analytical skills, Result orientation
  • Good understanding of SAP/ERP Excellent Verbal & Written, Good Interpersonal Skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle escalations and issue resolution, Handle F&A deliverable by coordinating with delivery center
  • Responsible for Weekly/monthly operation governance
  • Responsible for period close and reporting
  • Update the team with any changes and amendments in the process
  • Need to work with sub-contractor and accounting partner to ensure overall deliverables are met
