Position: Veeva - Senior IS Project Manager - Customer Engagement Platform program
We are looking for a project manager to lead a large program to implement Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com Marketing cloud and Veeva Vault in 28 countries in Europe that involve/impact multiple departments/functional areas.
The location is in The Netherlands (Breda).
Primary Focus/Accountability:
* Build and manage the integrated program plan, consolidating multiple project streams, including external vendors, project teams and global service providers
* Accountable to secure end to end delivery on time, on budget and with agreed quality
* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the implementation program
* Demonstrates thorough understanding of the client's business, processes and priorities
* Works with business leads and resource managers from across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources to deliver the program as planned
* Translates business terminology into technical speak and vice versa
* Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths
* Identifies and mitigates project risks
* Tracks project milestones and deliverables
* Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential challenges and devises contingency plans
* Creates or oversees creation of project documentation, including but not limited to agendas, minutes, project spending, progress reports etc
* Creates or oversees creation of validation artifacts in accordance with Amgen requirements
* Creates and executes change management & communications plans
* Effectively communicates project expectations to team members, external vendors, IS and business stakeholders
* Participates in the program steering committee meetings/special focus team meetings
Budget/Finance Responsibilities:
* Manages integrated program plans, resources and budget
* Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary
Compliance Responsibilities
* Maintains knowledge of IS quality and compliance policies, SOPs and associated documents
* Ensures compliance with Amgen's corporate regulatory requirements eg SOX, GxP, Data Privacy, Data Security
* Supports, participates in and responds to questions and findings from regulatory and other audits
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
* Extensive experience in programme and project management
* In depth knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
* Understanding of resourcing and budgeting
* Supplier/contract management expertise
* Proficient in use of MS Project and related project management software and reporting tools
* Knowledge IS fundamentals
* Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in additional European languages as a plus.
