Responsibilities
- Understand IT related terminology and processes.
- Define, analyze and optimize current or new processes to improve performance
- Maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, maximize profitability or improve customer experience.
- Transforming and assessing high-complexity content of data from different sources, processes, measurements, customer needs and requirements
- Turning that into information, information into insights and insights into innovative solutions or practices.
- Strong ability to communicate concepts to peers, and mid- to senior-level management.
- Responsibility to communicate insights to customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Industrial, Mechanical engineering, Systems Engineering or similar)
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken, English on a daily basis), any other language is big asset.
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical and analytical thinking, customer oriented, IT-savvy
- Experience or knowledge in Data analysis, data visualization, process mapping, define product requirements
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining a valuable member of efficient team
- Intellectually curious and proactive
- Willingness to travel and openness to learning on the job
