Senior Business Analyst SalesForce required for a major international IT Services organisation in Oostende for a six month assignment.
Our client is a major international IT Services organisation and is growing its Belgian capability rapidly. To further develop its expertise in CRM Consulting they now require a Senior Business Analyst with good strong SalesForce experience - especially Sales, Marketing and Service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify needs, define business & functional requirements and plan of approach and follow implementation.
- Review business/operational processes & implement identified changes.
- Collect figures & deliver report/dashboard.
- Describe internal & external communication plan, write communication documents.
- Deliver Business deliverables as defined by the Project Manager.
- Support Project Manager for project management activities.
- Support Product Managers by analysing and writing the business & functional requirements.
Requirements:
- University Master degree.
- At least 8 years relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst
- Functional knowledge of business processes, especially sales, marketing and service.
- PMO knowledge and Project management experience is essential.
- Salesforce knowledge is an important asset.
- Knowledge of Force.com and Service Cloud are a pro.
- Good understanding of the standard features of Salesforce, in order to be able to make the link between requirements and solution.
- View on possible solutions via AppExchange of Salesforce business app store.
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on mentality and able to work independently.
- Results-oriented, can-do mentality.
- Very strong & well developed interpersonal skills.
- Excellent level of English, both written and spoken. You are able to deliver high quality documents in English but also facilitate workshops and meetings with business.
- Working knowledge of Dutch or any other European languages are a plus.
- Experience working in an international context with geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
