Description
I am looking for an experienced and certified Scrum Master who could join a leading Telecommunication company within the next couple of weeks. Agile methodology has already been introduced to the company, but there are some teams that still need to be coached and others that need to be supported with scrum processes.
Requirements:
The candidate needs to be a certified Scrum Master, and should have agile methodology experience, experience in all activities:
. Backlog Grooming
. Daily standup
. Planning meetings
. Refinement meetings
. Retrospective meetings
. Sprint cycles
. Experience in removing team impediments
. Experience in scrum coaching
. Strong communication skills
