IT Project Manager Level-III/ITIL/PharmaRole:For one of our clients we are looking for an IT Project Manager with responsibility for the planning and maintenance of the plan for the project. He will jointly with the team create a plan, which guarantees the achievement of the critical project milestones. He is also responsible for the project status reporting into the project and all project ICE compliance aspects.
Main Tasks:
-Responsible for handling the accountable for maintaining the project plan.
-Accountable for the project status reporting and all project compliance aspects (ICE methodology - not IGM, which will be handled by the project PQM).
-Ensure achievement of critical project milestones.
-Plan and organize the Galileo project, establish a project governance model.
-Track the progress on a task level with all project team members.
-Maintain tracking lists for open tasks, risks & issues, key decisions.
-Maintain exact control over the projects status
-Understand (project related) Critical Success Factors for key Domain customers - align activities to ensure successful achievement of these.
-Understand current and future direction of the Galileo and ensure all project needs are addressed appropriately.
-Support functions in their change management efforts to improve business processes.
-Commit to and embody company beliefs and values of the company.
-Risk Management, Reporting and Communications Focus
-Identify, manage and remediate project risks and issues
-Ensure appropriate involvement of project leads including status reporting and resolution of escalated issues
-Manage escalations with various internal support groups and external service providers
-Report project status through defined PMO channels.
-Compliance/Quality Focus: Should ensure compliance to the ICE methodology, GxP and other clients processes and procedures (where applicable).
Requirements:
-Must have minimum 7 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
-Should have a profound knowledge and experience in IT Project Management methodologies and best practices with at least 5+ years' experience.
-Should have good experience working with multiple successful project cycle(s) in delivering/leading IT project planning.
-Should have a keen awareness & good practice approaches for IT project planning of enterprise scale.
-Must have good experience of taking ownership for delivery of IT project planning with minimal management support.
-Have a good track record of dealing with multiple hands-on tasks.
-Must have good working business knowledge of consulting services (including working with offshore development teams).
-Must have very good IT Service Management experience (ITIL - Change, incident order management, etc).
-Should have very good awareness of IT Services, Data Center and /or hosting technologies and trends - key areas of interest include: Service Management, Data Center builds, Virtualization, Hosting infrastructure build or migration projects.
-Should have very good GxP knowledge.
-Should have good experience with MS Office Tools, MS SharePoint and MS Project.
-Should have an ability to work with a team in a challenging IT environment.
-Should have very good ability to work in an International as well as multicultural environment.
-Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
-Should have very good flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
-Should have a very good ability to deal with variable workload.
-Must have a demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization.
-Must have a strong outcome-driven mindset.
-Should have an excellent communication and change management skills.
-Should have an ability to lead global, multicultural, multifunctional teams.
-Must have excellent budget management and negotiation skills.
-Should possess very good vendor management / service management skills.
Nice to Have :
-Experience working with Pharma related regulated enviroment.
Education:
-Diploma in Informatics or Engineering or equivalent qualification

-German: fluent (spoken & written) is plus
