IT Project Manager with profound ITIL knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sectorYour experience/skills:
- MS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- 5+ years' working experience in IT Project Management methodologies and best practices with ITIL - Change, incident order management
- Proven track record of dealing with multiple hands-on tasks along with business knowledge of consulting services
- Good awareness of IT Services, Data Center, hosting technologies and trends such as Service Management, Data Center builds, Virtualization, Hosting infrastructure build or migration projects
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools, MS SharePoint, MS Project and GxP along with excellent budget and change management skills with the ability to lead global, multicultural, multifunctional teams
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Maintaining the project plan and status while reporting all project compliance aspects and ensuring achievement of critical project milestones.
- Understanding Critical Success Factors for key Domain customers and align activities to ensure successful achievement of these
- Supporting functions in change management efforts to improve business processes
- Identifying, managing and remediating project risks and issues
- Ensuring appropriate involvement of project leads including status reporting and resolution of escalated issues
- Managing escalations with various internal support groups and external service providers
