Your tasks:
- Responsible and accountable for driving the implementation of the International CRM strategy across all regions and locations to support the client business
- International CRM strategy & roadmap definition
- CRM platform expansion and alignment with key business processes such as cycle planning and territory alignment
- Data acquisition, governance, and management of business requests
- Clear definition of training and aids for CRM users
- International Reporting across locations, regions and HQ
Your qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Profound experience in CRM with demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and explain systems and approaches for customer data to enable business decisions
- Good working knowledge of pharma sales force and marketing roles and responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Sales and Marketing expectations and requirements, specifically around CRM management and reporting
- Demonstrable capability in managing cross-functional projects, including Sales Force Automation and Business Intelligence
- Demonstrated capabilities managing vendor relationships
- Demonstrated capabilities in understanding sales representatives, line managers and general manager’s needs to be addressed within the CRM project
