My prestigious Investment Management client in Edinburgh are urgently seeking an experienced Corporate Restructuring Specialist to join them on a long term crucial piece of work. Please see key details below:

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Senior Executive stakeholder to provide status updates and present options open to them with any known consequences of decisions made and subsequent impacts this may have across business areas.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of organisational design principles. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and willing to and a track record or working autonomously.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and technical SME's relationships
  • Work with the head of the Group Integration Programme to identify any cross dependencies with other integration and BAU projects which could be impacted.

Key Outcomes

  • Successful delivery of the programme to its agreed specification - time, cost & quality
  • Effective management of roadmap, interdependencies
  • Management of key relationships

Skills & Experience

  • Significant global strategic corporate restructuring experience
  • Led major global projects with a track record of achieving programme goals
  • Ability to operate comfortably and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • You will have had experience of managing regulators
  • Senior level change professional with significant experience within the Financial Services sector

  • Planning, monitoring and managing projects and programmes
  • Leadership skills that will help build effective relationships and highly effective team
  • Communication skills to help others understand the goals and achievements of the programme
