Solution Architect - Digital CRM Design (CRM, HADOOP, ADOBE)
One of our leading Insurance clients based in London with travel to Finland is looking for a Digital solution CRM Designer (Adobe, Hadoop, MDM) for a long-term project.
You will be part of Customer Architecture Board, binding solutions and architecture decisions around applications related to Customer digital Channel transformation, (web mobile), CRM (MS Dynamics), Data Lake implementation (Hadoop), Marketing Automation implementation (Adobe Target, Analytics & Campaign) and MDM (IBM Infosphere)
Some of the key skills we are looking for is:
- Customer digital Channel transformation
- CRM (MS Dynamics)
- Data Lake implementation (Hadoop)
- Marketing Automation implementation (Adobe Target, Analytics & Campaign)
- Insurance domain knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
