The purpose of the Finance Administrator will be to help support the finance manager with administrative tasks.
As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for the following: -
- Raising invoices and credit notes
- Payment allocation
- Dealing with accounts by email, letter and telephone
- Monthly report writing to major clients
- Computer system development
If you're the ideal candidate y ou'll need to have:
- High level IT skills, particularly MS Excel and Word
- Possess strong inter-personal and communication skills
- The ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy
- Be self-directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision
- The ability to think outside the box and help direct the business forward
- Work closely with the computer software provider to improve system to the benefit of the business
