Job description:
Do you have a strong background in investment management and client engagement coupled with a strong understanding of IMA's? If so, a new opportunity has arisen with an esteemed global asset management firm in Edinburgh for an initial contract of 3 months.
Core requirements:
- Educated to degree level and/or professional accreditation eg MCSI/FCSI
- Good knowledge supported by significant experience in investment management
- Experience of governance principles, project and change management and continuous improvement programs
- IMC qualification and understanding of global insurer fund structures and products (desirable)
Core responsibilities:
- Lead all formal IMA reviews
- Governance of all changes to the IMA and associated agreements
- Lead the internal governance process and ensure any client issues are dealt with in accordance with the IMA and escalated appropriately internally
- Ensure the client is notified, within agreed timescales, of any breach to service levels and is appropriately updated until resolved
- Ensure thereafter that any preventative and corrective actions are tracked to completion
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the businesses to drive IMA improvements on behalf of our clients by leading on new service definition and enhancements to existing services via continuous improvement processes
- Contribute to the production of all papers for the various internal and external Governance Committees
