Description
Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major public sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting a Financial Accountant based in London for 6 months initially with possible extension.
This role falls INSIDE of IR35.
Experience Required
A proven track record of producing financial accounts consisting of Income and Expenditure Account/Balance Sheet/Cashflow statement and notes.
Candidate will also require intermediate to advanced MS Excel Skills.
Knowledge of management accounts/in year reporting and government accounting procedures will be desirable.
Experience of dealing with external auditors particularly National Audit Office would be desirable
