IT Tech Support Manager_ Project management/PPM Tools/PMP/Prince2/GermanRole:
For one of our clients we are looking for the IT Tech Support Manager to immediately support our Project manager's team.
Main Tasks:
* Coordinative Lead and active member of the SIS Tool Support Team, which is responsible for Maintenance of planning, reporting, resource and time management tools
* 1st level support for all SIS end users (Project Leaders / Managers, Resource Manager, Senior Management)
* Training and ensuring usage of PPM processes & tools for all relevant SIS organizations
* Administration of the future Divisional Project and Portfolio Management Tool (PRIME)
* Investigate issues / bugs, analyze potential effects on SIS PPM tools and processes
* Manage SIS Resource Structure and maintain SIS Resource Pool
Requirements:
* Total 5+ years 'of work experience
* Experience as Project Manager and / or member of a Project Management Support organization
* Project Management education / certification
* Good understanding of financing & controlling processes in a global framework
* Experience with requirements management and software testing
Education:
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related area
Languages:
* German: fluent
* English: fluent
