Senior Brand Manager (14 Months Mat Leave Cover)

A leading innovative healthcare and research organisation is currently looking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager on a 14 month Maternity leave cover to lead the one of the marketing teams in the UK. The Senior Brand Manager will be involved in developing brand strategies and ensure suitable implementation of these strategies through campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong OTC marketing experience and experience leading a high performing team.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
*Define and develop marketing strategies to match the position of the brand in its life cycle and maximise potential.
*Lead the portfolio assessment and implement agreed management plans flawlessly.
*Undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns and monitor implementation.
*Management of the brand P & L including full budgetary responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns within agreed spending limits.
*Influencing retailers to maintain and grow new and existing partnerships to maximise listings.
*Lead and co-ordinate brand team
*Lead preparation of the strategic brand plan, update and long-range plan in area of product responsibility.
*Forecast demand to a high level of accuracy
*Create and implement KOL and market development strategies

BACKGROUND/EDUCATION
Education & Skills
*Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
