Fluent French Speaking Project Manager
Currently I am searching for an experienced HR Project Manager to join my French consultancy client on a 12 Month contract.
Project Manager, >5 year experience specifically in HR project management.
Location: Lille area (France)
Duration: 1 year
Knowledge in HRIS (Payroll, Scheduled, time management). The HRIS tool is not chosen for the moment.
French speaker (Fluent French speaker is essential)
Full time
Daily Rate- euros per day
Activities:
In the IT office, the expert will be in charge of the monitoring and the management of a HRIS project with strong strategic vision.
Manage the project: Manage involvement (costs, timeline, quality, risks, ), resources management (CIO,CTO, software provider, stakeholders), manage the change with admins and employees.
Make choice between priority
Deploy company strategy on the project
Be in charge of Quality way (on formation, procedures, self-service)
Manage, advise and assist HR and IT specialist
Understand and analyse client need
Negotiate and create documents
