Systems Engineer
Role: Contract
Start: ASAP
Location: West Sussex
Contract length: 6 months
Day-to-day role:
Co-ordinating the engineering activities on a particular system which is due to go to the market mid-next year.
Key skills & experience:
* Co-ordinating with the engineering team (eg, designers, purchasing, manufacturing) to ensure product development in accordance with requirements and schedule
* Hardware systems
* Project management (some level desirable)
* Strong problem solving capabilities
* Liaising with internal and external contacts relevant to the project
* Attention to detail
Desirable:
* Automotive/engine/marine experience
* DFMEA/FMEA
Company:
The company are expanding the team due to the introduction of a product which is due to go to market next year. The site has ample parking and local public transport links.
