Digital Performance Analyst. £500 - £550. Day Rate. 6 months contract. 2 days working from home

(Mon & Tue) - 3 days onsite (Tue, Wed, Thurs). Contract outside of IR35. Leeds. T6/MN/17204

The role is working for a leading technology organisation onsite at a government organisation assisting with leading Digital Transformation.

ROLE:

  • Working within a multi-skilled Agile team to collect and analyse service performance data to create and share insight to senior customers that drives service improvement by.
  • Collecting effective analysis and recommendations to improve the performance of digital services.
  • Supporting senior customers to make decisions for service improvement based on new insight.
  • Clearly communicating service performance against key indicators to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create visual reports to clearly convey data on digital improvements and user uptake and analysis

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • SQL Scripting - able to run queries and interrogate SQL databases - good SQL
  • Experience of monitoring API performance
  • Experience of designing instrumentation approaches for API performance
  • Experience of Splunk and Dashboard creation with Splunk (Kabana/Graphana/ELK)
  • Web analytics using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Data visualisation tools - using visualisation tools (such as Tableau) to display data is an clear and graphical/informative manner
  • Combining qualitative and quantitative datasets
  • Experience designing and configuring performance dashboards
  • Has experience in manipulating or wrangling data for analysis.
  • Understanding of Agile or working within an Agile delivery environment
  • Able to understand an entire service and the goals of this service for its users.
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate across user needs, design and technology in conversation, documentation and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience
  • Able to prioritise their own time and activities.

Desirable skills:

  • Software development experience in web technologies.
  • Actively shares their thoughts and views on data practices.
  • Experience of system performance analysis.
